I was getting home late and didn't want to cook but a rotisserie bird sounded good. There were no birds left, so I went through the meat dept & saw a pack of seasoned skirt steak (kroger) and figured I'd pan fry it. Imagine my regret when I had the first bite - too salty & a way off flavor. I put it in a salad to try to salvage it by dilution & NOPE. I could've bought the regular unseasoned stuff just 20' down the rack. Never again
