Thanks for all the encouragement. I really didn't know what I was doing in the beginning. Got the general idea from a DIY on the Smoke Ring site. Guess I just cut twice and welded.. Add this piece and that piece and welded some more. It's been one of those stress relieving summer project. Started around the 1st of July.. Trust me.. I'm not all that great at welding.. Lot's of grinding dust on the floor.

So far the only plans I have are sketches but once it's all done I'll create a set of plans and material list for anyone that cares to try it. One thing to keep in mind is this thing is heavy.. My guess is it's in the range of about 600 lbs. Sorry there wasn't any photos in the beginning. Got the idea to document after the framework was together.. I'll update with more photos as it progresses.

My Cookshack is about half that size and IIRC it was around 200 lbs. Put wheels on it!!

Wow, great welding. Love to have a MIG. Smoker is beautiful. Very, very nice.
