Milles Italians & Jacobs Bratwurst

Grilled up some Famous Milwaukee Mille's Italians (pronounced Milly's) and my last 4 brats from Jacobs Meat Market in Appleton.
Jalapenos, green onions, then red and green peppers were also invited to the party.
Real Wisconsin cheddar and provolone cheeses under and a little Frontera salsa on top of the sausages made this a tasty dinner.
A bottle (or three) of Tecate helps with the heat

I'll bet when a mosquito bites you Jim, it flies away going "Ouch Hot!"

Another great looking meal, and the color contrast is terrific!

Jim,

Great looking eats there man. I notice you are always throwing some peppers on the grill. Do you coat with oil or anything or just throw them on as is. I always have jalapenos or serranos left over from something else, might as well chuck them on there as you do.

why, Thank you very much!
Grillin' is fun and easy...if I thought grillin' beer would improve the taste, i'd grill that too

Well at least you are typing it as an abbreviation and actually saying it. If you actually said it, thats another story. A friend of mine was using a recipe from a certain TV personality and didn't realize that it was an abbreviation. Then asked me what eee-vuu was and what he could you as a substitute. I told him he could substitute extra virgin olive oil.

Then it clicked and he felt dumb.
