Metal Brackets for Mid Section of Smoker

I purchased a Veritas Metal Bender that magnetically attaches to a vise and used some flat aluminum to make handle brackets for the Mid section. There is another post showing how to bend the metal using one's hand. The Veritas Metal Bender is a perfect inexpensive tool for making metal brackets, and with a set of Brian's Wood Handles you can't go wrong.

I already have handles for both my bullets, but if I had one of those metal bending set-ups I'd make new grill straps for my 22.5" WSM, dropping the pan down closer to the fire.

Nice idea!
My post on using the hand to bend Aluminum FS on a plastic handle as a template wouldn't work on a wooden one as the stress could (might) crack it.
