Today's dinner - 1 rack of spares,6 thighs,6 ABT's, baked beans and 3 salads left over from a birthday party here on saturday - mixed bean salad in a balsamic dressing,pasta salad with feta cheese and black olives and a dill potato salad. Rubbed in full throttle hog rub and basted with holy smokes apple slather. The slather was chunkier than i expected but was very tasty - a quick spin in the food processor thinned it out nicely. enjoy
