Memorial Day Sirloin Cap

My and wife I decided last minute to cook something on the pellet grill for Memorial Day. Wild Fork Foods just opened a store in Long Island, NY about 25 minutes from us so we took a ride to check it out. I guess I expected a "butcher shop" type set up but all the food frozen. Our choice was a 4lb sirloin cap and we convinced ourselves it would thaw enough in two hours ... wrong !!
I put it on the smoker still frozen at 220 and gradually kept raising the temp, three hours later it was done !! It tasted fantastic and will be sandwiches for the week.
