Memorial Day baby back ribs on the small WSM

Did three racks on the 14.5 WSM that I have. Haven't done too many ribs on it before. Tried bending them to make them all fit. First time I had tried that. Before I had cut the racks in half. Turned out pretty well. Cherry wood smoke with an Allspice/Garlic/Black Pepper Rub. I like them with no sauce. I ended up eating too many.




I'm liking my 14.5 more and more as I use it more.

Way to fill that little WSM up. I love leftover ribs! In a pan with some water and extra sauce!
