Meatloaf Recipes

Hi All,

I'm breaking out the WSM tomorrow and wanted to do something quick but different. I'm feeling a meatloaf. Does anyone have a tried and true recipe using the WSM (time, temp etc...) that has worked well? I've done a search here but didn't find much to start me up.
