We took the leftover meatloaf from last night and made patty melts out of it.
First an onion...
...in a CI skillet with a little olive oil over a very cool (minion method start) fire.
Half hour later the onions were caramelized (and the skillet shrunk
) and the fire was scorching...
...for the chips.
Ooops. Maybe a little too much oil for that pot. (This was after it had died down considerably)
Much better.
Chips done.
On to the sammies.
