meatloaf and bologna for our Son

Some Meatloaf and bologna I smoked on the performer with the smokenator tonight for my son. My wife also made beer bread for him and his room mate.
Takes about 3 hours on my performer @ 240*. I used some hickory chunks and regular kingsford.

My wife had a bread mix that uses one can of beer in it to make the dough. Its very good bread! I will try to remember to get the recipe from her tonight.
