meat temp monitoring on rotisserie?


 
I added a sleeve to my spit. I keep it centered with a combination of set and thumb screws. I chase my Igrill probe though the sleeve, then add the sleeve to the spit and rubber band the I grill to the handle. IT works fine, but honestly it is a lot less work to just stop the spit and use a instant read. Especially on birds where you want to temp them in multiple locations.
