Maverick ET-7 how to question.

I just put on a couple pork butts and I have one therm in meat, one in a tator for pit temp. I seem to have misplaced my directions and was wondering, how do I set my temp alarm on the low side? I notice above the set temp there is an "A" if I could switch it to "B" would it work for low temp alarm instead of high? If so, how would I get it to change?

However, I was doing some reading in the forums and realized that the ET-7 dosent have a low setting

The ET-73 on the other hand does. Just when I swore I wasnt going to buy any new toys for awhile....
