Marking the lawn

As far as I know we can, although I don't know anyone who has one for that purpose. About 1/2 the town has city water, the rest being on wells. No idea on the cost of such a thing, if it can be done.

I saw a couple YouTube videos of people renting small drilling equipment to install a point well. Really all ya need to water

So I know people may be wondering if all my hard work is paying off. Well here are a couple photos from yesterday. This time last year it would have been a sea of weeds, and brown/yellow. Now I have something that is actually good for the little guy to go out, run around and have a good time. Did have to give it a shot of fungicide though a few days ago. Had powdery and rust mold issues. So a shot of fungicide and also some liquid nitrogen fast and slow release and it's doing nicely20200807_143925.jpg20200807_143931.jpg

Now my other issue I have been working on is the oak tree you can see just behind the little guy. Over the last few years it began showing more and more yellow in the leaves. I called out an arborist who said it needed iron/mineral injections in the trunk and also root feeding by way of those tree spikes. Sadly he never showed up to treat it. So after reading up I found these "pills" about 1/2" diameter and 1.5" long. You drill holes in the trunk and push these in. Supposedly the fluids are taken up into the tree with the mineral and iron and help save the tree. So I did those and also the Jobes Tree Spikes. I am hoping for the best. I would really hate to lose that tree. I know it would cost me over $1000 to remove it :( So I am working on it. But the lawn is finally beginning to really show my efforts
