Happy Sunday everyone. Haven't posted in a while so after using the Webers the last three days in row, I promised myself I would make sure to record tonight's meal. Marinated for 48 hours and onto the cool side of the two zone.

I need to do this, what is your marinade?

I have been using this recipe for years now and love it everytime. I have done it with every cut of chicken and cooked it multiple ways (whole chicken rotisserie, chicken quarters with vortex, and two zone cooking).

I have posted this cook many many times here(I don't post very often as most all my cooks are just repeats of past post).

This recipe below is also very loved on this site, and I am one who does loves it too. It just requires two specialty ingredients, but it is worth getting them off amazon.

 
looks amazing Michael! I love chicken thighs, I just have to convince my wife they're not too fatty. Doesn't like dark meat
