Hi folks...I had Bert's Skirts skirt steaks from East LA over the summer and it was really delicious. Just sliced up and put on a baguette as sandwiches. Super simple. I can't really afford to ship these bad boys to KC, so I'm hoping to do this on my own and was looking for any guidance towards a similar recipe. They marinade for 3 days before grilling. Thanks for any suggestions! C.
