Did some beans and rice

Action shots...

Chiles with salt and lemon

Plated and ready to eat. Thank for reading all my post everyone.

Nice cook Tony!
My wife requested Japanese food so we had dinner in Little Tokyo last night.

I wanted to go out... but my wife said no and that she would prefer to stay home with me and the kids.:D
Im not going to argue...probably saved money and did not have to deal with the mothers day crowd.

I wanted to stay in and cook, as I had earlier purchased some tuna steaks to grill for us and a couple of friends. But at the last minute she wanted to go out instead for Japanese food so we ended up going to our favorite yakitori joint which wasn't crowded at all when we got there around 9pm. It usually gets crowed later into the night. The place is more of a tavern than a 'restaurant' but their food menu is quite extensive, mostly consisting of side dishes and appetizers.

Muy bueno Tony, Tony i like to listen to oldies myself, Los Relampagos, Los Cadetes, Los Tigeres, Rueben Naranjo (El Mero Si Senor) etc...Viva La Raza!
