Maple wood tonite

I'm gonna be smoking my turkey tonite for thanksgiving given that i'm travelling with it tomorrow/infopop/emoticons/icon_smile.gif Anyhow i'll be using some maple wood i got up in vermont, i'll let you all know how it turns out. I bet it'll be good!!

Hrmm, i decided i'm going to refridgerate it, get some ice packs, and put it in my backpack well wrapped/infopop/emoticons/icon_smile.gif i bet teh plane will smell!
