Jerome, what is the mesh material under the salmon?
Also, what is the herb on top of the finished product. I will have to try this. Have some Costco salmon in the refridgerator.

Thanks Bob! The mesh is a non-stick Frogmat made for indirect grilling. What I like about the Frogmats is how easily delicate fish slides off the mesh when cooked. I got mine here...
