Making My Weber Performer Portable

First time posting. Just bought a Weber Performer and I'm loving it. Question for the experts.......the kettle itself has "holders" to mount legs. I would love to be able to take just the kettle with me camping so I was wondering if anyone knows where i could buy some removeable legs that could simply be inserted into the kettle?

Check craigslist for a jumbo joe. Spend a few weeks checking twice a day and I'm sure you can find one. Much more portable, slightly smaller, and you won't cry if it gets destroyed while camping. And best of all it would be cheaper than buying legs for your performer kettle.

I agree with Jacob, if you have the gas assist it's going to be a pain disconnecting that and unbolting the tub. If you can't find a used Jumbo Joe get a 18.5 kettle there are lots of those around.

Very good advice from all above....besides, you just can't own one Weber as you can tell from Rich's signature line.
