I usually use a rotisserie gadget when making kabobs, however I was running late, to be honest just lazy! Anyway, I searched around the patio & came across a couple of cut up concrete paver blocks. The rest is history!
They look good! I’ve done many types of kabobs but that combo is still my favorite. I’ve always used bricks too before I bought my giant swords that are long enough to rest on the edge of the kettle. They’re a bit large for smaller things but I really like them.
