Happy (belated) Birthday Rich Dahl!

Not an excuse but an explanation, I had a 19# brisket fight me tooth and nail for 20 hours! Yesterday, all I could manage to do was nap! I didn’t even tear down the WSM!

Thanks, Timothy, for the birthday wish. Never thought in my wildest dreams I would live to be 76.
Although I can't do many of the things I used to do, but I still treat each day as a blessing with my wonderful wife Barb and my grown kids and grandkids. Heck my son will be 50 in a couple of months, where did the time go.
Plus our fur babies Whitney and Abby that bring so much joy with their constant antics.
