They were pretty good. I used apple juice instead of vinegar and water for the dredge liquid and I used my spice grinder to turn the rub to dust for the final application. Per Lily as usual, the rub consists of lots of ingredients, some of which aren't noticeable due to their minimal amounts (who puts 1/8 of a teaspoon of anything neutral in a 2 cup rub?).
This is my 2nd time doing these over 4 years. I'll probably do them again in another few years.
