Hi guys I'm from utah. I have a wsm 22 and a weber kettle. I've always grilled on charcoal and I'm kinda new to smoking but with all the books and websites I've found I've had great success. I'm hooked I would do it every day if I could. This is a great site and I enjoy all the info and people.

Thanks. I just got a bag of the kingfords professional briquettes have never heard of these. There are supposed to replace the competition briquettes. It's been cold here in Utah and I have had a hard time getting over 225 with bb so I hope these will help. good luck

The brisket went good .it' felt good and lose when I pulled it off I drained the juice off. and I re wrapped it up with a cup of juice let sit for 1 hour in cooler .it seam to tighten up a bit when I pulled to slice it tastes really good it bent over my finger without breaking I don't know if that is normal the fatty slices where really good to. or it keep cooking in the cooler. I'm ready to do the next one
