Mac & cheese stuffed jalapeños

So today while in the grocery store picking up some potato rolls for some burgers I noticed some nice looking jalapeños. As i looked at them I was thinking what can i do with these other than putting slices under the cheese on my burgers, a favorite of mine. I thought well, I am making Mac & Cheese so why not stuff a few jalapeños with some mac & cheese....pretty self explanatory and it was the first i have heard of it so here's the pic.....

Being this is my first try i kept it very basic, mac & cheese stuffed into a jalapeño. Next time i will add more cheese and of course some bacon.

Well its that time of year and I start looking for new and different appetizers and this one is interesting! Thats for sharing and will be trying it and like you said will add some bacom.
