Hello from Ohio!!!

First off, thank you to the OG and its community members. I have learned a ton from all of you over the years and wanted give you all a shout out!

Started this journey back in 08 when I lived in the KC metro area and got hooked on the bbq scene there. I've lugged my 18.5 WSM all over on my moves for work and have enjoyed it as a steady companion in my cooking arsenal.

Here are some pics from last Sunday's cook. I always, like to cook for the week where all need to do is either pull it out of the freezer/refrigerator.

Looks tasty. What is the bacon wrapped thing.

At first look I thought it was a bacon wrapped cinnamon roll.
 
on my phone it was hard to see, but it looks like a bacon wrapped onion bomb. I wonder what is inside.

That is called a breakfast fatty. Aptly named, inside that bacon lattice work lies about 5 cheesy scrambled eggs wrapped around breakfast sausage...Who counts calories? Obviously not me.
