Doing my first overnight cook. About 5 am, i put on some turkey breast (joining the butt and chuck that had been on since 10 pm) and I thought I opened up the vents. turned out i shut them down completely. When i went to check around 7 the temp had dropped under 150. I now have it back up to 225.
My question is will the 2-3 hour window of sub 200 temp cause any issues besides lengthening the cook? Just concerned about any problem with the taste or quality of the food.
