I have looked everywhere for this, so sorry to bug everyone.

I was bad, I ran across a recipe on this forum, in the BBQ area I think, that was a modified Sweet Baby Rays sauce. I made it that one time and need to make more...but I can't find where I saved it anywhere!!!
ARGH!

I recall it was a thin sauce, and I THINK it was posted by a woman. All the searching I have done on this site has not gotten me what I need. So again, sorry to bug you all and thanks for pointing me to it!

This one:

Carolina Red

1 quart cider vinegar
12 oz Sweet Baby Ray's BBQ Sauce
1/3 cup packed brown sugar
1 T red pepper flakes
2 T salt
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp celery seed
2 T Worcestershire sauce
Juice of one lemon
1 T chipotle powder
1 tsp dry mustard
1 T onion powder

Bring to the boil, then simmer for 10-15 minutes. Let cool, and bottle. Great with Carolina style pulled pork BBQ sands.

If I had to guess I'd say Dave has it. I make a big batch of Keri's sauce about twice a year. It gets great reviews when I put it in a squirt bottle next to the pulled pork and call it "Butt Sauce".

YES!!!

Now why wouldn't 'find' find it? Who knows.
I'll keep it in a safe place now.

Thanks again!
