Looking for a Paella pan

I’m looking for a Paella pan for the Performer, ideally carbon steel. My concern is the size. While I don’t need to close the lid, I worry about the handles resting on the kettle walls in addition to allowing for enough air for the coals. Currently this looks good but I’m not sure which size would be a good fit.

Hi there! I believe the largest one you can get is an 18" if you have a home goods near you check them out. Sometimes they have them there and they are cheap. The handles are kind of large because it's meant for you to be able to tie a kitchen towel around them. Hope this helps.

Rolf they sell them with the handle's running straight up at a 90 degree angle. I'd buy a 20 inch pan myself for the kettle
