Jon, those pork steaks look great! I'm glad you finally found them... I grew up on them. My dad has barbecued them for as long as I can remember.

How'd that black IPA turn out?! Inquiring rookie homebrewers want to know

I'm really pleased with the black IPA. It's my second batch, so I'm in the same boat you are. I use Party Pig kegs instead of bottling, and I still have about 1 (which is a case) to go. Hoping to brew my third this weekend while the WSM is chugging away -- sounds like a great Saturday!
