St Louis is getting two more quality barbecue joints soon.
"Mike Emerson and Skip Steele, the patriarchs of Pappy’s Smokehouse and Bogart’s Smokehouse, respectively"
are going together to open Dalie's Smokehouse.
And another Sugarfire Smoke House is coming soon too.
Both in a suburb not very far from where I live.

BobH, check out T-Bob's in Des Plaines if you get a chance. I had a good breakfast sandwich there last weekend and based on it I'd return (if in the area) to check out more of the menu.
