Long-time griller, new member from Dayton Ohio

I'm a year-round griller, specialty is boneless pork loin roasts brined with apple juice, brown sugar, oranges, garlic and bay leaves.

Decent BBQ restaurants have just started to show up in these parts in the last few years, so I've been making my own. Done lots of indirect grilling on the kettles, bought my SMC last fall. Done brisket and ribs a few times, so far all good. Throwing 15 lbs of apple-brined boneless pork loin on the SMC to feed 30 on Saturday.
First time using the SMC for my signature dish.

I own a 22" SMC, two 22" old-style three-vent kettles, a Q200 and a Smokey Joe.
