Well, its been a long time since ive posted here. Every day I think of posting a long thank you to Chris and everyone for the ten years of support....cuz without Him and them, I wouldnt be smoking ten years later....not to mention competing!!! I would never have thunk. Ive written the thank you email and sent it to chris a while back but never posted it here. But this group is fantastic and im usually on here once a week. Every morning until we switched over to new server I would get an email with all the threads I commented on. I kept it for years like that...
Anyways, I competed in this comp for the second year. Last year I wont first beans and this year we won Third in Chicken, Second in Team Name and Second in Booth Design. It was a really nice event and everyone had alot of fun.
Here everyone is on the same playing field as all the meats are given out and one must "smoke" on a brand new weber kettle.
We went home with three trophies this year.....so all is good!!!
