Great price, please tell me more about your process of making Chile Verde I think my son and I would be in love with this dish!
 
Yes. 99 here. I try to stockup but the freezer is full for Chinese new year. Drat. These sales used ti be more common but not lately.
 
Pulled the butts after the stall. Added the chile verde ingredients and back out to finish up around 203 internal.

Michael, I use a modified recipe I found online at Hey Grill Hey. I pour a can of chile verde sauce over the butt, a bottle of green taco sauce and a small can of fire grilled chile peppers. All 4 shoulders have been pulled and quality assurance tasting went well 😂
