LNS Ribs - then leg of lamb and veggies

folks
following on from my full grill Saturday night - on Sunday I wanted to try LNS ribs.
used the sweet n sour recipe out of the Weber way to grill book - and used the snake method on my one touch - using a little apple wood for smoking
didnt get much of a smoke ring - but then the family dont like too much smoke! But they were really tasty - but a little more dry than I had hoped for



once the ribs were done - I opened up the vents and got ready for butterflied leg of lamb
this had been marinated overnight and finished beautifully moist and pink
shown here with the jackets, a red onion and some stuffed mushrooms



then to finish off - the sides.
asparagus in butter and lemon juice
and courgette (zuchinni) with fennel, red onion, sml bit of chilli, olive oil and seasoning - oh and a couple of courgette flowers
