Little Anniversary Butt

So today's my anniversary and what better way to celebrate the 7 wonderful years with my adorable wife than to give her some money to go spend some time shopping by herself while I watch our 2 little devils and smoke a Butt...

I can honestly say that this is the best pulled pork that I've had in a long time if ever...everyone finished their pulled pork and my homemade coleslaw tonight...I'm not ashamed to say that I haven't had the best PP in the past so I followed Myron's layout in his book about pork shoulder and just wow is all I can say...
