So you have some hot peppers, some yellow red and green peppers, two kinds of onions, some fresh garlic, all kinds of seasons some really nice mushrooms some Pinto and lite red kidney beans.
And you got about a pound and a half of secretly stashed smoked brisket point.

A little lube for the Chef and a couple of hours in the always ready CI.
 
Thanks Guys, I will tell you, when you make Chili with brisket it is excellent. Having Chili with ground beef falls way short compared to this.
