Lemon chicken!

Hello folks! Thursday nite and loving the extra lite! Tonight is a little lemon chicken (thanks Don Cash!!) with some reds, and grilled zukes!
Started with this but I'm thinking a costco run in the near future!

Started the chicken after soaking in a little olive oil and S&P! Sorry I ran out of my foil pans so time to improvise!

Zucchini on after soaked in some olive oil, S&P, and a bit of garlic ...little parm at the end! About 3 minutes a side!

Great looking meal Morgan! Glad to see your weather looks like prime grilling weather up there, too. I'm also a big fan of the Costco bourbon. I hope they have it for you -- seems like it's not always in stock.
