Leg of lamb on a Sunday


 
Am now leaning towards Leg of Lamb for 1st cook on my new toy

Unfortunately, Debbie HATES lamb, and a leg is a lot of meat for me.

That being said, you did one heck of a cook there.

Bill, what i do is get the leg cut into half and then rotisserie it. Even us two adults and two kids, by the time you have added potatoes and veg we never eat huge amounts.

My wife used to hate lamb until she tried the rotiserrie version!
