Well today I just decided to make something simple and decided upon homemade beans and added some leftover pulled pork and hot dogs to make a meal.
Temp was in the 30's, no wind and was sunny so why not!
Used 2 Cans Bush's Original drained and washed, red bell pepper diced, red onion diced, 3/4 cup brown sugar, 1 cup of my BBQ Sauce, couple shakes of Worcestershire, Frank's hot sauce and a couple squirts of yellow mustard, pinch of salt, pepper and garlic powder and a clove of garlic minced. Added 1 1/2 cups of leftover pulled pork and some grilled hotdogs!!

Quick Searing the hotdogs before the cook!

Waiting for the cooker to come to temp. I tried to hold her at about 275. 1 1/2 hours uncovered, Last 1 1/2 hours covered. Smoked with Pecan and Cherry Woods. (Hot Dogs are cut up and added)

The Halfway Point

The finished product!
