And here is a fantastic recipe for a horseradish and mustard based cream sauce; it goes fantastic with the flavor of the Tri Tip and makes a great sandwich spread later:
Horseradish Cream Sauce:
½ cup of sour cream
2 tbs of course ground mustard
2 tbs of ground horseradish
½ tbs of Coleman's mustard
½ teaspoon of salt
¼ teaspoon of black pepper
Chives – about a ¼ cup (or green onion)
