leftover gravy from pot roast

My wife made two really good pot roasts last week, one sweet and sour and one french onion. They both have about 2 cups of delicious leftover gravy that I would like to do something with. Any ideas?

Thanks,

Make some Waffles and french fries. If you have some of the beef left toss that in as well for over the waffles. Chicken and gravy over Waffles is really popular here. You could also make some hot beef sammies. Or you can make some vegi hambuger soup and use the gravy as your base intsead of stock. Smoke a meatloaf on the WSM. Meatballs and gravy over buttered noodles. That's all I have right now but I'm sure others will chime it.

Gravy over bread, dumplings, or rice are a few ways my mom used leftovers.
IMO, gravy should be in it's own food group

Leftover gravy?? A thing unheard of at my house.

All of the above, or a quickie stew, 'salisbury' steaks.

I've never heard of 'left over gravy.' in the south no gravy escapes the biscuit or bread swipe off the plate. It's a real compliment to to cook to empty the gravy boat and ask for more.
