left over pulled pork=Brunswick Stew


 
When I was in the Army, the local joints in KY made Burgoo which was basically leftovers I think. I imagined it to be a lot like Brunswick Stew.
 
Your meat, Lima beans, corn, chicken stock, garlic, cyan, black pepper, salt, ketchup, mustard sauce, two 28 oz cans of crushed tomatoes, 1 cup diced onion, 2 cups diced potatoes. usually I do chicken and pork leftovers but today was just pork. It makes a huge pot so you need a few pounds of meat to go in it.

Here is the recipe I adapted it from. I used store bought stock since I was using already cooked meat. I also like using mustard based BBQ sauce instead of the sugar and mustard.
