Correct. In my opinion, BB don't need as much time as spares. It basically comes down to controlling your temps if you choose to go the foiled method.Looks great!
Does "2.5-1.5-.5" refer to cook time? I've always used a 3-2-1 method, but they were always slightly overcooked, and that was on an electric pellet smoker. I'm trying to figure out the best way to smoke three slabs of spares on my WSM tomorrow.
