Barb got called in early to work and got home late…..Again.
So dinner had to be something quick and simple. Decided Cheeseburgers on the Little Griddle using the Gen 2000 can’t use charcoal until at least September, also made some home fries as a side.
Quick and good.
Also yesterday I made Bob Corrells beef jerky recipe using London Broil and the Camp Chef for smoke using the 160 high smoke setting for one hour and the inside oven set at 160 with the door open for three and a half hours.
For being the first time the jerky came out excellent, really great flavor will be doing this again.
