Please do, about 1/2 sour cream to equal or less mayo.....add as much horseradish as your heart desires......a pinch of salt and sugar are ok, though sugar is clearly optional, salt, not so much. Best made and put in fridge for several hours prior to using. .Heck,I even dipped veggie sticks in this stuff, but on beef, cannot be beat....................d
