Because it was a "who cares" SB,we didn't have a party this year. I did invite a buddy over,but he backed out because of a cold at the last minute. Oh well,still cooking drummies! Bacon wrapped drummies at that!
Wrapped in bacon and seasoned with Weber's Kickin' Chicken.

And on the rack I bought at Tractor Supply last year. Indirect for about 45 minutes using K and some apple chips for flavor.

Very yummy stuff,right there! I had three,Pammi had one that night and one for lunch the next day! The SB was lackluster I thought,but the food was outstanding!
