Had some friends in town and the house to myself, what else to do but cook for the fellas!

Ribs Friday used McCormick Texas and Applewood Rub Mixture plus a blend of a couple sauces I wanted to try. Wrapped with butter and honey & brown sugar, kept moist with apple cider vinegar spritz.

Chicken Saturday (cooked for Mom) my rotisserie chicken rub mixed with the remaining Applewood Rub. Kept moist with apple cider vinegar/water spritz.

Sunday 6lb Pork Butt + Ribs. 100% my personal Pork Rub and my all purpose BBQ sauce. Tossed the pulled pork with a dash of a Carolina vinegar sauce before serving.

Everyone enjoyed every bite.
