Last Smoke before Competition...

I had asked a couple of buddies if they could help me with my preparation for my competition this Saturday... I told them there were Ribs on sale at local grocery and I would pick them up and if they bought the ribs and beans, I would smoke and prepare and have ready, RIBS and BEANS...

A local one, I am doing Ribs and Chicken, I am confident in both taste wise, It is appearance I am hesitant and most with the Chicken..
