Last minute Brisket/Pork question

I have a 9.5 lb brisket and 2 boneless butts (8 lb and 6 lb). How should I handle the timing for this cook to get it done at 4pm tomorrow afternoon. I was thinking that the brisket will take about 12 hrs. The butts about 9 hrs. Does this sound right? Should I start everything at the same time and just pull it off as it finishes or put it on at different times to try and finish at the same time?

Thanks in advance for the last minute advice.
 
It depends on the temps cooked at.

I think your 6 lb butt will probably take longer than nine hours though.

Trying to finish them at the same time is pretty difficult..... and not really that necessary as you can safely hold either or both in a well insulated cooler for hours.

For me, I'd prefer to finish the butt first and the brisket second, but that's just my opinion.
