Lamb Ribs


 
For those who have cooked these, what is the appropriate cook time?

Do you need to cook for hours like pork? Or can you pull early like with most other lamb cuts that are eaten less than well done?

If I ever see any, they are going in the shopping cart.

they are probably 1/2 the size of pork ribs and aren't quite as tough. I ate mine after 90 min and they were a little tougher than I like but plenty edible. I figure 2-2.5 hours in the 250-275 range should be ideal.
